✧ ‣ Terms Of Service ✧

This document consolidates and harmonizes all terms provided. By commissioning me (“Yami Shin”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms ensure a smooth and respectful collaboration.

✧ GENERAL TERMS ✧

By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.
The Client is responsible for reading the TOS in full. Failure to do so does not exempt the Client from these rules.
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
Clients who violate the TOS, behave disrespectfully, or attempt chargebacks will be blacklisted from future commissions.
Do NOT use my artwork for NFT, AI datasets, blockchain, or cryptocurrency purposes.
Do NOT claim my artwork as your own creation or remove my signature/watermarks.
Do NOT edit, trace, or modify my artwork without my consent.
Reposting is allowed with proper credit.

✧ COMMISSION INFORMATION ✧

The turnaround time depends on the type of order. Once the commission has begun, it may take between 3 days and 1 week, depending on the complexity of the work.
Work is typically done on weekdays.
Commission slots and waitlist systems apply.
Work begins only after payment has been received.
All commissions are delivered digitally, unless otherwise specified.

Workflow

Rough Sketch – Major revisions can be requested at this stage only.
Lineart & Base Colors – Minor revisions allowed.
Rendering – No revisions accepted.

Examples of revisions:

Major revisions (extra fees apply):

Changing concept, pose, composition
Redesigning character elements
Adding extra characters or props

Minor revisions:

Adjusting base colors (hair, eyes, skin)

✧ PAYMENT POLICY ✧

Payment is done via PayPal (international) (Payments via La Banque Postale are only available for business clients located in France or Switzerland.
Prices are listed in USD by default, but they can be adjusted to EUR or CHF upon request.
Invoices are sent via PayPal; fees are covered by the Artist.
Commission prices do not include tax unless specified.
If payment is not made within 72 hours after invoice is sent, the commission may be cancelled.
Work begins only after payment.

✧ REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS ✧

Refunds may only be issued if:

I (the Artist) cancel the commission
Work has not begun within 6 months after payment
No refunds if:
Sketching has begun
The Client decides to cancel after work has started
A payment plan deposit was paid
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized chargeback will result in:
Permanent blacklist
Loss of rights to the artwork
Public warning to other artists
The artwork may be reused/resold by the Artist

✧ REVISIONS ✧

WIP is sent after payment unless otherwise discussed.
Do not spam for updates.
2 major revisions allowed at sketch stage.
After sketch approval, only minor color tweaks are allowed.
Major changes after sketch incur additional fees.
Missed details from the original request are fixed for free.
Finished pieces cannot be redrawn without a new commission.

✧ FINAL PRODUCT & DELIVERY ✧

Final files delivered via email or drive (PNG, and PSD for commercial use).
High-resolution and smaller watermarked versions provided.
Files stored for 6 months; please back up your artwork.

Less Confident:

Light Mecha (Ref only)

Will NOT Draw:

Hentai
Extreme gore / body horror
Mecha (heavy)
Full armor (very complex)
Big fantasy creatures
Furry
Fetish content
Very complex Background
Anything that makes the Artist uncomfortable

✧ HOW TO ORDER ✧

For now, all requests must be made by email.
I will respond within ~48 hours if possible.
Clear references and instructions are required.
Complex characters may incur extra fees.
Work begins only after the invoice is paid.

✧ AGREEMENT ✧

By making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms of Service listed in this document.
Any statement within the TOS may be adjusted if discussed with the Artist prior to payment.
